interesting. I am trying to work out if it saves them to the card at all, or if it sends them immediately to computer where ever...

I think it saves them to the card . . . because it says that if you shoot in RAW or other unsupported format, it won't wireless them, but acts as a regular card. Then again, maybe not. :D And honestly, it's not like it's *that* difficult or time consuming to plug the thing into my computer. But the idea of doing it wirelessly just makes me happy. Hopefully they'll come down a bit in price soon. :) Since I don't actually need any additional SD memory right now. :D

Yes, the idea of being able to have as much space on your camera to take photos as you have on you laptop has some appeal.

But yeah, cards/card readers are hardly the most onerous of things...
